I like to think of the great success of these guys as I watch this video. If you are unawares, they are all pro golfers, each worth many millions of dollars. Supposedly, this was a charity based idea. Enjoy!
If you haven’t seen his work before, be sure to check out his other tasteless, offensive, and hilarious videos at his YouTube channel.
The other title I considered for this post was Trololo Shreds. That’s right, the Trololo guy has been dubbed with even more awesomeness. Thanks to Kim, the wife of my good friend Ryan, for sharing this with me. Pure genius!
I’ve got a busy week, so this may be my only post, but oh what a gem it is! If you haven’t seen this video already, you may not be a member of this thing called the INTERNET. But that’s okay, because you’re watching it now! This should brighten up anybody’s day. Enjoy!
Today’s Terrific Tuesday has a bit of a twist. This little game is the most awesome gay little addicting game you may ever play. Part of what makes it so good is the soundtrack. The song is Always by Erasure.
As a little bonus, here is the music video to the Erasure song.
OK Go makes some of the best music videos around. So here they are!
Here is their latest video for This Too Shall Pass. It features an awesome Rube Goldberg device that lasts the length of the entire video. Enjoy!
Next is probably their most seen video for Here it Goes Again. Yes, it is the treadmill video.
And finally, this is my favorite video and song of theirs. May I present to you A Million Ways.
It’s Terrible Tuesday time again! Since the Olympics are happening at the moment, I figured it was time to pull this out of the internet archives. This marks the second video by an incredible athlete that I’ve posted on this site (see LT’s video here).
I feel it is necessary to mention that Carl Lewis is one of the greatest athletes to ever live. He has ten Olympic medals, nine of which are gold, and his long jump world record that he set in 1984 of 8.79 meters (28.8 ft) still stands. That’s unbelievable! You know where the free throw line is in relation to a basketball hoop right? Well, he jumped nearly twice that distance. Most people couldn’t jump from the line to the bottom half of the circle at the top of the key.
Okay, so we know that Carl Lewis is the man. He jumped farther than any human who has ever lived, and came real close to world record times in sprints. So then, he was obviously feeling pretty hot, and on top of his game, so why not go ahead and make a smash hit single along with a music video? Well, the answer to “why not” resides below. Lucky for us, there is some footage of his track feats included in the video. Enjoy.
I’ve gotta say, today’s Terrific Tuesday is another brilliant installment. Some great classic music videos have been dubbed over by people who have changed the lyrics. Instead of the original song lyrics, the video is being described in the song. It’s genius! And not only have the words been changed, but they sing the new lyrics like the original singer and rock just as much. It’s wit at its finest!
So enjoy three great 80’s videos, starting with one of the greatest videos of all time, Take On Me.
Aha – Take On Me
Bonnie Tyler – Total Eclipse of the Heart
Michael Jackson – Billie Jean
I’ve had this song stuck in my head for over a week now. It’s brilliant! Something about the simple synthesized music that just makes it perfect. Of course, the lyrics and top notch acting make it a perfect video for Terrific Tuesday!
